Procedure for Booking a function
- Email functions@darwinsurfclub.com.au to
confirm that the date you require is available. Alternatively you
may phone the Darwin Surf Lifesaving Club on 08 8945 0447
(please note that messages left on this phone may not be checked
for a few days).
- Download booking form and complete with as much
information as possible, make sure you read and accept the terms
and conditions on 2nd page.
- Submit form to functions@darwinsurfclub.com.au.
(This will then be forwarded to committee for approval.)
- Once booking is accepted by committee an invoice will be sent
out via post or email.
- To confirm booking date a non refundable deposit must be
received within 30 days of invoice. Full payment must be made 60
days prior to function date.

Our Function Manager will assist you with any questions and
queries you may have and will be on hand to help make sure your
booking goes as planned.
